What do you actually do?
I build AI agents into how a business runs. For operators that is an operating layer across growth and back office; for healthcare investors it is diligence on AI claims and portfolio automation; for product teams it is fractional product leadership.
Who do you work with?
Small and mid-sized operators, healthcare private-equity investors, and startups building AI into their product.
Do you work remotely or only in Houston?
I am based in Houston and work with clients across the country. Most of the work is remote.
What is agentic AI, in one line?
Software you give a goal to, that plans and carries out the steps using your tools, instead of waiting for a prompt like a chatbot. There is a fuller explainer on the agentic AI page.
What makes you different?
I am a physician by training and a product operator who has taken agentic AI to production, so I judge what is real, not what demos well.
Do you actually build, or just advise?
Both, but I lean builder. I ship the agents and workflows, not just a deck.
Will AI replace my staff?
Usually it removes the repetitive work so your team spends its time on judgment and customers.
