I grew up in Cypress, just outside Houston, raised by my parents, Adrienne and Muhammad, who came to this country as immigrants. I was the first person in my direct family to go to college, and for as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a doctor.
My first real job was at my family's Marble Slab Creamery franchise. Standing behind that counter taught me how a small business actually runs, the margins, the people, the daily fires, and it still shapes how I see every operator I work with.
Somewhere along the way I learned something about myself. I'm a problem solver before anything else, and I realized I could help more people by fixing the broken systems around medicine than by seeing patients one at a time. So straight out of medical school, I took a different path.
In healthcare, that meant product and operational workflows. The same discipline now helps me work with small businesses, healthcare investors, and product teams.
Wanting to go deeper into agentic AI, I joined Trase AI in October 2025. That's where a lot of my strongest work has happened, including leading product for the fax-routing agent now live at Duke Cardiology, and agentic work with other large health systems. I bring that experience to work that has to survive contact with real operations.
